Hi, I’m Seby and I’m the creator of Between Espresso and Prosecco. Here, I share our family recipes, weekdays meal planning, kids recipes, weekend meal ideas and special occasions.

I grew up in Italy and just recently moved to the US to follow the love of my life.

I’m a Focaccia and pizza enthusiast, but also a pasta lover. So lots of recipes about these, but not only. BBQ and smoking is also a big part of our meal planning, so will make sure to share plenty of recipes that are easy to follow.

Unlike many, who grew up learning from their mothers and grandmothers, I grew up enjoying my parents’ delicious meals. Both my parents are great cooks, although my dad is the one who takes it a step further and an inspiration to many. Everything I have learned is mostly from them.

Then I met my husband, a food enthusiast! You can ask him to cook whatever and he will come up with the most amazing flavors and plating. Always trying to learn and improve, because he is a perfectionist and will not give up until the recipe is perfect to his palate and eyes.Among other recipes, there will also be space for dairy, egg, tree nuts and some gluten/wheat free meal ideas. This, because we have family members who have food allergies and, like us, many others are in the same situation.

Our goal with this blog is to be as inclusive as possible so everyone can enjoy one of the most amazing things in life, food.
